ARTIANETTE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Effective date: December 6, 2025
This Subscription Policy governs the terms and conditions of membership in the Artianette Club ("Club") for the period beginning in 2026. The following terms and conditions apply to the three available membership models.
1. Membership Models and Pricing
The club offers 12-month access, with three pricing options:

2. Payment Terms and Invoicing
2.1. Annual Option (One-Time Upfront Payment)
This is a one-time, non-refundable payment. It covers the full cost of access to the Club for the full 12 months (through 2026). The subscription expires on December 31, 2026.
2.2. Monthly Option with Mandatory Commitment (PLN 34/month)
Price: PLN 34 per month.
Commitment Period: The purchase of this option involves a MANDATORY PAYMENT COMMITMENT for a minimum period of 12 months (12 billing cycles) , starting in 2026.
Billing: You are automatically billed by Stripe each month until your 12th billing date.
Non-payment: Failure to pay arrears does not release the Subscriber from the contractual obligation to pay the costs of all 12 cycles.
2.3. Monthly Flexible Option (PLN 49/month)
Price: PLN 49 per month.
Commitment Period: No minimum time commitment. Subscription automatically renews monthly.
Invoicing: You are automatically billed by Stripe each month .
3. Cancellation, Expiration and Refunds

3.2. Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once a Subscriber receives access to the first collection, the payment for that period is non-refundable . We do not offer refunds for partially used Subscription Periods.
4. Guaranteed Club Benefits (Regardless of Payment Model)
All three membership models provide access to the same benefits:
Collection Guarantee: Minimum 9 premiere collections within 12 months.
Pre-Release Access: All collection files available on Google Drive for download before the official store.
60% Off: A permanent, exclusive 60% discount on all remaining products in the store, valid for the duration of your active membership.
Facebook Group: Access to the closed Artianette community.
5. Changes to the Policy
Artianette reserves the right to change this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes to pricing and terms will not apply to Subscribers who have already paid for their membership (annual model) or are in the middle of a 12-month commitment period (monthly model PLN 34) in 2026.
By purchasing a membership to the Artianette Club, the Subscriber accepts the terms of this Subscription Policy.
